The Fermentarium – Cultured Condiments Online Live Course

This is a great introduction to a few different fermentation methods looking into the world of cultured condiments. The emphasis is on making things together, learning the techniques with plenty of time to ask questions first during the live zoom sessions and then over a dedicated whatsapp group. Everyone is encouraged to take part in the chat support for 1 week after the class to ask questions, share pictures and ideas.
This is a live streaming course over 2 sessions of 1 1/2 hours each during which we will make together condiments such as: lacto-fermented ketchup, Mexican fermented salsa, chutney, salad dressing, mayonnaise and explain how to make other live fermented recipes such as sriracha and mustard. The second session will take place on Sunday 6th September between 1-2:30pm.
All participants will receive a ten page PDF document with all the recipes and techniques.
