The Fermentarium is an independent organisation dedicated to promoting the small-scale production of “real” fermented food and drink.
We run courses in sourdough bread-baking, lactic fermentation, soft fermented drinks, dairy ferments and are adding new courses all the time.
Our courses are aimed at beginners unless otherwise stated. There is no need to have prior knowledge or experience.
This event will be followed by a start-your-starter at 2pm which will support the course event on the 13th of February.
