An event every week that begins at 4:00 pm on Tuesday, repeating until 4th August 2020
Classes are dynamic, with a focus on flowing movement and correct alignment; which are the fundamentals of Pilates.
I am mindful that every person is unique, both in how they learn and what their body can do, and my teaching style reflects this.
I want my clients to leave class feeling energised and more mobile.
