Hatha Yoga With Esther

An event every week that begins at 12:00 pm on Saturday, repeating until 5th December 2020
Immersive Hatha yoga class combining pranayama, mindful Hatha flow and static in-depth practice of key postures.
The class will focus on developing sun salutations with some twists and mindfulness of breath.
We will also explore self-soothing for building resilience during difficult times.
