Gentle Body Based Mindfulness online

Contrary to popular myths, mindfulness can be hard work and can trigger deep emotions and over thinking. The idea of using the body to settle the mind means that you can gently start to explore  and befriend your mind more easily.
 
So, please join us, no special prep or clothing required. The practice is suitable for all, bring the kids too as long as you are happy to supervise and take responsibility.
