We are living in times of unprecedented uncertainty and stress. Learning to guard and look after our emotional wellbeing benefits both our physical and mental health. This session explores how stress affects us physically and emotionally. It includes short practices and you don’t have to listen to the whole session as it is structured so that you can dip in and out.
